All trips are designed with beginners in mind. No prior experience is needed, and all necessary gear is provided. Instruction focuses on building confidence, understanding the basics, and enjoying time on the water.

Trips take place in natural river environments and typically involve wading in moving water.
Participants should be comfortable:
- Standing and walking in weak to moderate current
- Navigating uneven and slippery terrain
Instruction on safe wading is always provided, but participants are responsible for their own footing and movement while in the water.

Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the full duration of the trip.
The accompanying adult must be physically capable of wading and moving between locations, as trips often involve changing positions along the river.
Guardians are not required to fish, but must remain present and able to assist if needed

Your safety is a priority, and guidance will always be provided on safe practices.
However, guided fishing takes place in natural environments with inherent risks.
The guide provides instruction and supervision, but participants are responsible for their own actions and comfort levels in the water.

Information We Collect
- Contact details (name, email, phone number) when you book a trip.
- Trip details (date, number of anglers, preferences).
- Photos and/or videos taken during your guided trip (with your knowledge).
How We Use Your Information
- To confirm and manage your booking.
- To send trip details, reminders, or updates.
- To improve services and client experience.
- To share photos of guided trips for promotional purposes (see Photo Release below).

Photo Release
As part of your guided fishing experience, we may take photos or videos during the trip. These may include images of you, your catch, and the overall experience.
By participating in a guided trip, you grant Outdoors Unbound & their guides permission to use these photos or videos for:
- Marketing and promotional materials (website, social media, brochures, ads).
- Educational content (blogs, reports, videos).
If you prefer not to have your photos used, simply let us know before or during the trip, and we will fully respect your request.
