The remaining balance is due on the day of your trip.

Trips cancelled 5+ days in advance → deposit refunded in full.
Trips cancelled within 5 days → deposit may be forfeited.
If I must cancel due to unsafe weather or river conditions, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
